Our Faculty Joins CLACSO, the Largest Social Sciences and Humanities Network in Latin America and the Caribbean

The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FCSH) at ESPOL has been admitted as a Full Member Center of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO), one of the world's leading academic networks in the fields of social sciences and humanities.

As a full member of CLACSO, FCSH gains access to new academic opportunities and will be able to participate in a wide range of programs, initiatives, and collaborative spaces promoted by the organization.

Among the main benefits are:

  • Participation in CLACSO Working Groups, international research and academic collaboration spaces focused on strategic issues affecting the region.

  • Promotion of institutional projects, research, and academic activities through Mundo CLACSO, a platform designed to showcase the work of member institutions.

CLACSO is an international non-governmental organization with associate status at UNESCO. It currently brings together 927 research centers and graduate programs from 56 countries across Latin America, the Caribbean, and other regions of the world, serving as a leading platform for the generation, dissemination, and exchange of scientific and humanistic knowledge.
